予約後の取消・キャンセルについて教えてください。
What is your cancellation policy?
予約確認メールに記載のあるリンクからキャンセル手続きが可能です。チェックイン4日前以降～当日まで100%のキャンセル料が発生します。ただし、ご予約頂くプランによって取り扱いが異なるため、キャンセルポリシーにつきましてはご予約頂いた予約サイトにてご確認ください。
You can cancel your reservation by the link provided in your confirmation email. A 100% cancellation fee applies from 4 days prior to the check-in date until the day of check-in. However, cancellation policies vary depending on the plan you booked. Please check the cancellation policy on the website where you made your reservation.

複数グループで予約した場合、同じ棟のお部屋で予約をすることはできますか？
If we book multiple groups, can we stay in the same building?
各棟の予約ページより2室ご予約を頂けますと確実です。別の棟でご予約をされた場合はメールにてお問い合わせください。
To ensure availability, please reserve two rooms via the reservation page for each building. If you have made a reservation for a different building, please contact us via email.
一棟貸しの施設ですか？
Is this a private villa rental?
1棟につき2室のテラスハウスとなります。各客室は玄関から分かれておりプライベート空間をお楽しみ頂けます。
お部屋のレイアウトや設備は基本的に全棟同じものとなります。
The property is a terrace house consisting of two separate units. Each guest room has its own private entrance, allowing you to enjoy your own private space.
The room layouts and facilities are basically the same in both units.
未成年のみの宿泊はできますか？
Can minors stay without an adult?
未成年の方のみのご宿泊はご遠慮ください。
Please note that we do not allow minors to stay without adult supervision.
子供の宿泊の対象年齢を教えてください。
What is the age range for children to stay?
お子様の年齢制限はございませんが、お子様も含めて1室6名までのご利用となります。
There is no age restriction for children, but each room accommodates up to 6 guests, including children.
ペットと一緒に宿泊できますか？
Can I stay with my pet?
恐れ入りますがペットの同伴はお断りしております。介助犬・補助犬をお連れの場合は事前のご連絡をお願い致します。
We regret to inform you that pets are not permitted. If you require an assistance dog, please contact us in advance.

How many guests can stay in one room?
1室につき6名までご宿泊が可能です。
Each room can accommodate up to 6 guests.
チェックイン・チェックアウトは何時ですか？
What are the check-in and check-out times?
チェックインは午後4時から、チェックアウトは午前10時までとなります。
Guests may check in from 4:00 PM and are kindly requested to check out by 10:00 AM.
アーリーチェックイン・レイトチェックアウトは可能ですか？
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
事前チェックイン画面よりオプション購入が可能です。またはお問い合わせください。
You can purchase these options through the Pre Check-in page, or please feel free to contact us directly.
どのようにチェックインをしますか？
How does the check-in process work?
チェックイン当日、プレチェックインが完了した後に玄関ドアのパスコードをメールにてご案内します。入室後に室内タブレットにてチェックインのお手続きをお願いいたします。
On the day of check-in, after pre-check-in is complete, we will email you the passcode for the front door. After entering the room, please complete the check-in procedure using the in-room tablet.
BBQセットや食事の手配をお願いできますか？
Can I request a BBQ set or meal arrangements?
ジビエBBQと朝食セットを事前チェックイン画面よりご予約頂けます。食材のご提供となり調理はお客様ご自身で行なって頂くものです。
BBQコンロのみのご利用も可能です（予約不要）。炭のお持ち込みも不要です。
You can reserve our game meat BBQ and breakfast set through the Pre Check-in page. Please note that we provide the ingredients only, and guests are responsible for cooking the meals themselves.
You may also use the BBQ grill only (no reservation required). There is also no need to bring charcoal.
連泊の場合、清掃やリネン交換はありますか？
Is cleaning or linen change available during a multi-night stay?
連泊中は清掃が行われません。ただし4日以上の連泊の場合、3日ごとに清掃やタオルの交換を致します。
Housekeeping is not provided during your stay. However, for stays of four nights or more, we offer cleaning and towel replacement every third day.
アメニティはどんなものが用意されていますか？
What amenities are provided?
シャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディソープ・泡石鹸・歯ブラシ・ボディタオル・コーム・シェーバー・コットン・綿棒をご用意しています。
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, foam soap, toothbrush, body towel, comb, shaver, cotton pads, and cotton swabs are provided.
備品はどんなものが用意されていますか？
What in-room equipment and facilities are available?
TV・冷蔵庫（大/小）・湯沸かしポット・洗濯乾燥機・Bluetoothスピーカー・ドライヤー・BBQコンロをご用意しています。
We provide a TV, refrigerator (large/small), electric kettle, washer-dryer, Bluetooth speaker, and BBQ grill.
キッチンにはどのような調理器具が用意されていますか？
What kind of cooking utensils are available in the kitchen?
IHヒーター3口・冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・オーブントースター・フライパン/鍋・ボウル/ザル・包丁/まな板・各種調理道具・お皿（大小/深皿）・カトラリーセット・ワインオープナー・ラップ・アルミホイルをご用意しています。
Equipped with a 3-burner IH cooktop, refrigerator, microwave oven, oven toaster, frying pans/pots, bowls/colanders, knives/cutting board, various cooking utensils, plates (Large/Small/Deep plates), cutlery set, and wine opener.
キッチンにはどのような調味料が用意されていますか？
What kinds of seasonings are available in the kitchen?
塩・胡椒・サラダ油・オリーブオイル・しょうゆ・ケチャップ・マスタード・バルサミコ酢がございます。
We have salt, pepper, salad oil, olive oil, soy sauce, ketchup, mustard, and balsamic vinegar.
チェックイン前、チェックアウト後に荷物は預かってもらえますか？
Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
無人設備のため荷物のお預かりができかねます。
Please note that luggage storage is not available as the facility is unattended.
