What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your reservation by the link provided in your confirmation email. A 100% cancellation fee applies from 4 days prior to the check-in date until the day of check-in. However, cancellation policies vary depending on the plan you booked. Please check the cancellation policy on the website where you made your reservation.

How can I check my reservation details?

You can confirm your reservation via the link provided in the reservation confirmation email.

If we book multiple groups, can we stay in the same building?

To ensure availability, please reserve two rooms via the reservation page for each building. If you have made a reservation for a different building, please contact us via email.

Can I change my room after booking?

For inquiries, please contact us by email.

Can minors stay without an adult?

Please note that we do not allow minors to stay without adult supervision.

What is the age range for children to stay?

There is no age restriction for children, but each room accommodates up to 6 guests, including children.

Can I stay with my pet?

We regret to inform you that pets are not permitted. If you require an assistance dog, please contact us in advance.

What is the best way to get to the hotel?

How many guests can stay in one room?

Each room can accommodate up to 6 guests.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Guests may check in from 4:00 PM and are kindly requested to check out by 10:00 AM.

How does the check-in process work?

On the day of check-in, after pre-check-in is complete, we will email you the passcode for the front door. After entering the room, please complete the check-in procedure using the in-room tablet.

Can I request a BBQ set or meal arrangements?

Optional services can be selected through the pre-check-in page.

Is cleaning or linen change available during a multi-night stay?

Housekeeping is not provided during your stay. However, for stays of four nights or more, we offer cleaning and towel replacement every third day.

What amenities are provided?

Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, foam soap, toothbrush, body towel, comb, shaver, cotton pads, and cotton swabs are provided.

What in-room equipment and facilities are available?

We provide a TV, refrigerator (large/small), electric kettle, washing machine, AeroPress coffee maker, Bluetooth speaker, and BBQ grill (reservation required).

What kind of cooking utensils are available in the kitchen?

Equipped with a 3-burner IH cooktop, refrigerator, microwave oven, oven toaster, frying pans/pots, Dutch oven, bowls/colanders, knives/cutting board, various cooking utensils, plates (Large/Small/Deep plates), cutlery set, and wine opener.

What kinds of seasonings are available in the kitchen?

We have sugar, salt, pepper, salad oil, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.

Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Please note that luggage storage is not available as the facility is unattended.

Do you offer luggage shipping services?

Luggage storage is not available as the facility is unmanned.

Do you provide shuttle services or help with taxi bookings?

Unfortunately, we do not provide any pick-up or drop-off services.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Wi-Fi is available in each room.
